Kurt Yockey is the Chief Executive Officer of Sterile State, bringing four decades of experience at the intersection of medical devices, healthcare law, and business leadership. Before his current role, he represented hospitals, physicians, and device companies, and was recognised in Michigan as Lawyer of the Year for his role in prompting a critical design change that prevented patient injury.

Kurt’s background spans intellectual property licensing, healthcare regulation, and corporate counsel roles, all of which now guide his leadership in sterilisation innovation.
