Noxilizer

Noxilizer invented and commercialized nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) sterilization, the only ultra-low-temperature, low-pressure platform designed specifically for biologics, prefilled syringes/combination products, and medical devices. Unlike EtO, radiation, or steam, their process runs at 10–30°C with minimal pressure, preserving product solution integrity. Biologics retain potency, syringes maintain container closure integrity, potential ingress is eliminated, and product / API integrity is not compromised.

Noxilizer 6–12 hour cycle times require no additional aeration, delivering meaningful supply chain efficiency without the EPA or sustainability risks associated with EtO. They provide a full life-cycle partnership from development to commercialization: early feasibility and product design consultation, process development and validation (IQ/OQ/PPQ), regulatory strategy and submission support, scale-up and commercial transfer, and life-cycle management and post-market support, including patent licensing, customized system configurations, and field service.
